I was not sure when I telephoned if you delivered to Derbyshire. The young man I asked checked with someone in your office then came back and told me where to find the item I wanted.
The order form was straightforward and took this 80+ year old no time at all to complete.

Had to change the delivery date due to another appointment. A quick call and the problem was solved. A very polite and helpful lady soon rescheduled delivery and our order duly arrived without mishap.
