Our Sea Bream is responsibly farmed in the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea, meeting stringent standards for food safety, environmental sustainability, and fish health. It’s then swiftly transported fresh to our Grimsby facility, where we carefully descale, gut, and flash-freeze them to lock in peak freshness and flavour.
Season with sea salt and olive oil, and bake, grill or barbecue until the skin goes crispy - simple is often best. Serve with a Greek salad and roasted herby new potatoes for an amazing tasty & healthy meal!

Your carriers caused me a nightmare. They were running late due to bank holiday. I chose a new date with you. They did not deliver. It being Friday they didn’t deliver till Monday. All at room temperature. The fish was ok but the box stank
I was cooking them for a dinner party on the Saturday. I had to re think that
