12 Shrimp Gyoza


Shrimp Gyoza are tasty Japanese dumplings filled with succulent shrimp. Cook from frozen in just 10 mins! These go down very well at parties or for hungry teenagers to grab from the freezer!

To cook, gently brown one side of the dumpling in a frying pan with a little oil for 5 mins. Then pour in 40ml of water, put the lid on and boil for 5 mins more allowing the water to steam them. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

They look very pretty served on a board with a dipping soy sauce, sprinkled with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds. Ben says, they’re ‘blooming lovely!'
