Aegean Sea farmed sea bream. Expertly filleted by our Fishmongers. The Mediterranean diet is know for it’s health benefits - try pan-frying the sea bream skin side down, with cherry tomatoes and garlic. Add some olives. Then drizzle with lemon juice.
