These oven-baked Thai Style Fishcakes taste fresh, flavourful, and light — made with succulent prawns and a fragrant blend of garlic, ginger, coriander, parsley, and red chilli flakes. Lightly spiced with authentic Thai flavours, they strike a perfect balance of heat and aromatic freshness. Packed with protein and oven-cooked in 14 minutes, they’re a quick and delicious way to enjoy a Thai-inspired mid-week meal.

CONTAINS: FISH, CRUSTACEANS, MILK
STORAGE GUIDELINES: Keep frozen at - 18° C or below. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
WARNING: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones and pieces of shell, some may remain.

COOKING GUIDELINES: For best results, cook from frozen.
Deep fry: Deep fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 8-9 minutes.
Oven bake: Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200°C for 18-20 minutes.
Air Fry: Pre-heat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the product in a single layer in the basket & cook the product for 14 minutes, turning half way. Leave product to stand for 1 minute before serving.
All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Always check that the product is piping hot through before serving.

Me and my husband have wanted to try new cuisines and these thai style fish cakes were a really good way to try some Asian inspired food. We made these with the recipe inspiration and they tasted amazing. We will for sure get more products from you guys :D
