STORAGE GUIDELINES: Keep frozen at - 18° C or below. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
WARNING: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones and pieces of shell, some may remain.
COOKING GUIDELINES:
Oven bake from defrost: Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35-40 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Oven bake from frozen: Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for 70-75 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
