Shipping policy

Ensuring your seafood arrives on time and in perfect condition is our top priority.

Packaging

All products are delivered frozen, either in individual packs or sets of two, depending on the item. Orders are carefully packed in insulated boxes with dry ice and ice packs to maintain the frozen state throughout transit. These are then placed inside a fully recyclable outer box for added protection.

Delivery Date

You will be asked to choose your preferred delivery date during the checkout process. Please note that we are currently unable to offer timed delivery slots.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details and selected delivery date.

Important:
As seafood is frozen and perishable, it is essential that someone is available to receive the delivery on the selected day. If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel at your address or with a neighbour.
Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds for missed deliveries where the package was delivered but not received in person.

Upon receipt, frozen products should be placed in the freezer immediately unless you plan to consume them the same day.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery is available on all orders over £50 (excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight).
  • For orders under £50, a £9.99 delivery fee applies.
