I have bought hake from Caught and Delivered many times. The hake is always first rate - meaty, large flakes with a subdued but gentle fish flavour. I have cooked it in several ways - with mashed celeriac, battered and deep fried, flaked into risotto and pasta. Very versatile and excellent value for money.
