For decades we‘ve had smoked trout on Christmas Eve. This one was an absolute treat. The best smoked trout we ever had and reasonable priced as well!
It arrived carefully packed and perfectly timed, not too soon and not too late. When I placed my order,I left a comment and even got a personal reply! So a big thank you to the caught & delivered team!

Apparently raw trout, no taste or smell of smoke. Not the stress free lunch for friends l had planed, but time for a quick panic and a change of plan.
As raw fillets they cook easily and taste delicious so no problem to use up.
But not what was ordered.

Hugely disappointed. Bought these for a traditional smoked fish platter on Christmas eve. But, they were oversmoked - maybe even with liquid smoke? - and terribly salty (and we season well in our household, so definitely not the people who prefer low salt levels). None of that fine, delicate taste we’d expect from a gently smoked trout. Waste of money - three packs will go into the bin.

Delicious!!

Loved them but ordering and delivery could have been much better.
