Eat them hot and crispy from the oven.Ingredients: plaice (fish) (50%), coating (wheat) flour, salt, raising agent (yeast), ammonium bicarbonate, vegetable oil.For allergen see ingredients in bold.Keep frozen - 180c. Cook from frozen.Remove all packaging. Place in a pre-heated fan-assisted oven at 200oc for 10 to 15 min.
