Chefs Cod Fillet in Mushroom Sauce

A generous portion of cod in mushroom sauce that is full of flavour.
Serve with your choice of vegetables - make sure you have some potato, rice or French bread to mop-up the delicious sauce!

Ingredients: cured cod (salt, sugar), butter, white wine (sulphite), whipping cream, king oyster mushrooms, fish stock (water, fish, onions, leek, carrot, bay leaves) sugar, salt, pepper.

Keep frozen - 180c. Defrost for 24h in a fridge.
Keep in packaging and place in a pre-heated bain-marie in an oven at 150oc for 15 to 20 min.
