Our baby squid are cleaned with tentacles and individually frozen. This makes them easy to grab what you need from the freezer. Perfect to add to paella or a seafood risotto or stir fry. They are great marinaded and cooked on the barbecue. There are some wonderful recipes for stuffing and baking them too.

A very popular way to enjoy squid is as calamari - cut them into rings, dust with seasoned flour or batter then shallow or deep fry. Spinkle with, salt, chilli flakes and chopped herbs for added colour and flavour.
